Finally big pharma has admitted the Covid vaccine is potentially dangerous.

I know two people who had such severe reactions to the vaccinations that their lives have been impaired since then.

I also know people who have long Covid whose lives have been impaired since then.

Get a grip, use your judgement and make your own decisions

A prime example is TV Dr Sarah Jarvis. She was on TV and radio every day in the early days of the pandemic. She was advising people not to wear masks as in her opinion they were no good. This went against official advice so she disappeared from our screens and airwaves for several weeks and when she returned her advice was to use a mask!!!

I would like to know how much money she made from TV appearances during Covid and also as a “working GP” how she managed to get all that time off her NHS work.

This is about the *Astra Zeneka^ vaccine that did cause thrombosis in some people.

It is scare mongering to suggest that others may be unsafe!

I had my 8th vaccination three weeks ago and have been ill ever since, started with symptoms 48 hours after vaccination and tested positive. The only time I left the house that week was to visit the pharmacy for the vaccination, so must have caught it there.

My son had covid last Christmas. He was too young to be eligible for the autumn jab. He was extremely ill and wasn't fully better for several months.
My perfectly healthy friend caught covid in 2020. She too was very ill and now has heart failure due to the illness.
I have my jab booked. I have seen what covid can do.

There are risks with every vaccine, and it’s dreadful Weather people die from Covid or from the vaccine, but children are dying of hooping cough again because they’ve avoided that vaccine.

This is not what I want to see this morning as going for my covid booster.😮

Of course all medicines carry risk - if you haven’t worked that out yet in all your years on this earth then it is poor dos.

This is certainly the year of exposure and the covid vaccine has affected millions worldwide. You will not see all of it on mainstream TV and news outlets - there are too many with vested interests. But Covid vaccine damage is very real and those who continue to take multiple boosters are playing with their long term health. Many state ‘it has saved lives’ or ‘this is my 3rd bout of covid despite 8 boosters - it could have been a lot worse’ - how do you know? There is no proof. There is no long term knowledge regarding ongoing health concerns. The Pharma companies were indemnified by Govts before they would allow them to purchase the vaccine. What does that tell you?
What you wont see on the BBC is funeral directors who deal with embalming, withdrawing abnormal clotting from veins that they have not seen before. Photos are there to be seen.

I actually dropped out of GN for 6 months during the COVID pandemic because the COVID threads were, as I remember, overwhelming in number and such a mix of nastiness and sanctimoniusness, I found them deeply distressing.

I was discussing the first jab with the pharmacist when I had my eighth on Monday. In our local (French) town it took place in an ancient cider press, so the building was very long and thin. We first had our names and medical cards checked, then moved up the building to have an interview with a doctor to check for contra-indications and concerns, then up again for a nurse to check us, then a different nurse for the actual injection, then a 15 minute wait at the end of the building before we could leave. The whole process was repeated a month later for the second injection. Very French! Now we just nip into the pharmacy for a quick jab and out again every six months.

I can't identify with anything Prmrose says about her experience especially of the first jabs. We had to sit for 15 minutes before we were each allowed to leave. There was more than enough information about side effects etc and if I rember correctly the prevailing concern at the time was when we would be eligible -not that we were being pressured into.it.
I am genuinely very very sorry for those for whom the vaccine was contra indicated or ultimately fatal but without it I think we would have had not just a global pandemic but a global disaster of "Black Death" type proportions.
Recollections may vary , but desperate times needed desperate measures.

That’s interesting because first time we were in and out straight away. Second time at another centre we DID have to sit in another room for 10-15 minutes to see how we felt.

I guess each centre pretty much ran it as they saw fit. Also maybe some places did not have a separate room for people to wait. I remember my elderly Aunt had to sit in her DILs car at yet another centre for 10 minutes before leaving the premises.

There were quite a few threads deleted about the subject.
Spreading misinformation was taken pretty seriously, so anything quite contentious - whoosh! Gone.

What has been admitted is that some of the vaccination recipes had more and worse side effects than others, not that the whole concept of Covid vaccinations are dangerous. Each brand contains a different mix of ingredients.

Every medicine and medical procedure is potentially dangerous. They all work by altering the course of the disease or condition for which they are prescribed or offered. If that disease or condition is one which is potentially more dangerous than the treatment, the net statistical result is a win. Individuals vary in their susceptibility and reactions, and as more and more people have received them, more has been learnt about suitabilities.

What cannot be denied is that without vaccinations, there would have been many many more deaths and disabilities from the disease itself.

I wasnt at all well for a long time, and looked for her when I logged on again.

She was a very kind lady to me.
She messaged me and said "look, I'm dying, I'm quite well off and I can't take it with me. Do you want me to send you some money?"

Always very to the point, (and I didn't take her money, of course)

Yes, I was thinking that.
I was also a key worker at the time, so there was a rush to ensure i was "done".

I had trouble booking the jab, and waited outside the hospital 10 miles away in a long, long queue.

Maybe our experiences depended on where in the country we live?
