I would only trust a blood test done by a phlebotomist as they take as many samples needed and take a vial full so plenty to test . If you are worried see your GP ,do an online consultant or speak to GP on the phone . Or ask your surgery to do a full blood test including a fasting cholesterol test. I always have a fasting cholesterol test as it gives better results than if you have eaten .
