Speaking to a doctor is definitely the no 1 thing you should do, especially if migraines are a new thing for you. A Dr can make sure that is the correct diagnosis and you can then look at treatments.
I’ve never really found for my migraines although missing a meal can start one off. I get spells of having them daily then I don’t have one for ages. There’s no rhyme nor reason to it.
