I had problems at first, when i first moved house & changed Dr's. But i cant use the gp app as it still shows me 'attached' to my old gp surgery- so i explained this a couple of times to receptionists and i told them i prefer to get all my meds for 2 months at a time, together if possible, so im not ringing up very often, i also told the pharmacy where they send the prescription, who delivers them. Now after a couple of false starts they seem to be getting it-and last couple of times the pharmacy just reordered them without me asking and delivered all a bit early.Maybe you should tell gp surgery youve had no end of problems with the app & see if you can do similar? Ive never heard of Dr IQ is it even approved by your surgery/pharmacy? Which do they work with? Our gp also has a board outside in foyer for folk to write whats needed& details on a slip (not sure if you then post it inside in a box or not?, never used it) but im sure there'l be alternatives to that app if you explain youre having trouble with it?
