Vaginal moisturiser whilst using Estradiol Vag Tablets

If I use a moisturiser internally I suppose I would have to use in the morning as
Insertion of hrt tablet is done at night. Thinking of not interrupting the absorption of the tablet. Sorry if I sound silly VA has been so horrible I don’t want to jeopardise by getting it wrong x

I use the same and GP also prescribed Replens to use along side when required . One application is effective for 3 days and yes use it too inside and out . You'll see a noticeable improvement after the first two weeks I'm sure but don't stop if it feels better , you must continue or symptoms will return . Don't be scared to use it . I Hope you start feeling more comfortable soon . Let us know how you get on .

YesVM cream is good ( for me anyway!)
Some use blissel gel ( half strength of ovestin) externally .

I was also advised you use hydromol for washing instead of soap. That has helped a lot because it’s very moisturising.

Two years down the line... I use Ovestin cream in preference to pessaries because you can easily apply to the outer areas and vaginal entrance as well as insert using the applicator. You will notice a difference within weeks.
