Ongoing virus symptoms?

Anyone experiencing lingering symptoms from what seems like a virus? Body shivers that come and go. Had a migraine a week ago and felt ropey on and off, mild tinnitus and had stiff shoulders and neck but this has gone. Occasional sneezing. Covid test negative. Most worried about the shivery feeling as I don't normally have this symptom when I'm feeling ill. Wondering about Fibromyalgia?
