Husband has had stroke

Happened yesterday teatime. It’s the type where there’s bleeding on the brain. It has affected his right arm, right leg, speech etc. He is in hospital, I am in bits.

Going to hosp this afto. Please send positive thoughts.

Primrose- he can get better....please don't think this is the end of life as you know it. I have seen several friends and relatives go through this-if a person sirvives the first 24hours then there is so mucb hope!! Need positive attitude, lots of rehab and patience. Take care. Be strong for both of you xxx

So near to Christmas - how horrible for both you and your hubby .
Treatments these days are so much better than they used to be .
I know so many people , who've made a full recovery .
Physiotherapy is the key .
Just expect a few years of frustration from him .
