anyone on here got LUPUS

DH has Lupus and RA, he is always tired.
Our walks are limited because he runs out of steam so quickly and needs to sit and rest, this used to be one of our favourite pastimes, we regularly went on walking and cycling holidays.

I'm sorry BusyBee I hope you are not too badly affected. I have Lupus although it is largely in remission. You do have to have a range of tests to see if damage has been done as it can affect the whole body. Not sure how I can help you with your query did you ask for a specific reason?

I have Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. The fatigue is awful . I had Covid in 2022 and since then I've been in bed most of the time because I'm too exhausted to do anything.
Awful way to live . Hope you feel better soon .

My friend is suffering from long covid which in turn has damaged her immune system and brought on lupus. She has found the lupus society very helpful and has spoken to them by phone for advice. I think they are based in London and it may well be worthwhile contacting them. Wishing you well.

Tired doesn't even begin to describe it; it is just ruining what is supposed to be my life.

been ill most of year but only when my hands came out in now we know massive chillbrains did i get an appointment fast tracked urgent blood tests seen at hospital urgent a week later did they actually think i was ill, fed up so tired waitinmg for pills from chemist, got to see hospital xmas eve,

No, but I have a relative who does. Hope you aren't suffering too badly.
