punch biopsy healing time?

I had a mole removal using the punch method a week ago, and was hoping for other's experiences for healing time. I was surprised when the doctor said there would be no stitches, instead a 6 mm punch was used.

This is between my should blades, so impossible for me to change my own dressing. DH has been doing it for me, thank goodness!
