Neck pain

As well as painful left shoulder arthritis I have been experiencing what felt like sharp tendon pain on the right side of my neck which I was dreading might be the spread of arthritis. Thinking I have nothing to lose (apart from £40) I bought an orthopaedic pillow and so far it seems to have worked, the pain is less. Thought this might help someone. I didn’t put a link as this is not an advertisement for a brand!

It's trial and error with arthritis, isn't it? What works for some, doesn't help others. Once arthritis comes to visit, that's it. Thank you for your post and I will give an orthopaedic pillow a try.

Yes, very much trial and error. I tried an orthopaedic pillow but hated it. Found my solution by accident when staying in a hotel and now have one very plump pillow with a thin one on top. Why this should work better than two medium pillows heaven only knows but it does.
