I've only just installed the app and I'm so pleased to find it's not just me with missing data! The only thing that's correct and up to date is the list of my prescriptions. The one and only f2f meeting with a GP in the last two and a half years is not mentioned.
The added problem for me (and apparently NHS England.) is that my medical history from Wales is not available. I was recently in hospital following a rather catastrophic drop in my blood pressure and no one could access the details of my triple by pass and valve replacements which took place in Swansea.

Mine has worked the same it always has since I put it on my phone in 2020. My results always appear and rather wait for my GP to get in booked a repeat blood test as it said it needed repeating on the app. Plus the new medication my cardiologist wants me on appeared before I received a letter telling me about it . So ordered through the app and was delivered the next day.

I live in the north west . No idea if this is a problem in a localised area or different. ones . But I know the healthcare I have received since moving here in 2019 is far superior than the healthcare I received where I use to live .

Mine is very hit and miss. Some test results are on there, others not. Some are posted under documents, instead of results. My immunisations show as medications. It says I’m on a waiting list for a hospital appointment I had a fortnight ago - the wait is approximately 4 weeks, apparently. I had one appointment with my GP recently and it’s showing as five different ones, over two different times. And so on, and so forth. DH’s records are similar.

I find the information that is actually on there very useful, but it’s frustrating. I’ve stopped getting notifications when things are added as well, so have to keep checking through the whole thing if I’m waiting, as I am at the moment, for test results. My problems aren’t specifically since the start of the year though.

There are separate sections for your medical history CrazyH

My records just shows my repeat prescription - nothing about my medical history. I don’t know why and I haven’t had the time to go and discuss it with the Surgery.

Well until end of December it was perfect. Had everything. Now it’s not showing anything past that date. Surgery have checked settings and can’t understand it. I was told it was going to be passed on to admin. Maybe they can close one file down and give me another!!! She hoped it could be sorted out.Yes CalendarGirl. I can see all of them but not past December. Although I have had results and appointments. Yes Oldfrill. Surgery can see appointments etc.joannapiano so sorry about your husband 💐💐

Can the surgery see the results, or do they have - can they get the If so ask if they can email you copies of the test results.

Will have a look at the NHS one.

Calendargirl Thu 13-Feb-25 16:43:36

Not the NHS app, but on my surgery’s website, appointments past and future are no longer available for me to see, at the surgery’s instigation.

Not sure why, am sure you used to be able to see them.

My husband’s NHS record at the GP site says Conditions—None.
He has had Stage 4 cancer for 5 years.

Not sure if I should post here or on technology. Has anyone else had this problem since beginning of January? Before this all test results, appointments for surgery and hospital were on.
However, nothing since beginning of year. No test results, no appointments shown and surgery seemed mystified.Someone from surgery rang this morning and said settings were all correct and she was going to ring back in half an hour. That didn’t happen. My test results are really important to me as I need to assess important things such as platelets which are high and sodium levels as well as anaemia. I am trying so hard to raise sodium levels and platelets are a real concern. No longer do I wish to be told over the phone that “it’s alright. Just had a phone call from surgery who haven’t been able to sort it out but is going to pass it on to admin who may be able wipe my file and reinstate it. Just wondering does the New Year cause problems? Anyone else?
