I got a wool shop to knit me a pair of gloves with the warmest wool they had
It cost me thirty quid,but its money well spent
If you attend the gym use the steam sauna which can help drive the cold out of your feet wrists and hands.
Don't use the stone cold plunge pool.
Don't use the hot cold treatment like you would for a bruise.
