When sitting on the loo … raise your feet. The stretcher bar on my bathroom stool (that’s the item of furniture ‘stool’, not the other!!!
) is about 8/9 inches above the floor, perfect perch for my feet to move things along nicely.
As well, of course, aiming for high fibre diet, keeping hydrated and boosting healthy gut biome.
Last resort is lactalose and senna when medication has upset everything.
