Thanks teabagwomen but don’t have a diary. Anyone else have any ideas? All the ones I’ve looked at want you to subscribe.

To be honest I’d just write the result in my diary. That way you can see if fluctuations coincide with any particular events.

Do any of you gransneters use a BP app to record blood pressure? Would like a free one to record not to actually take bp.
