Ankles in this hot weather ☹️

I realise that this is probably swapping one discomfort for another but firm support tights stop my ankle swelling.

Thanks I didn’t know about drinking plenty of water.

I will lie here and do a bit of circling.

I have swollen feet and ankles anyway and this weather is exacerbating them. Lots of rest for me in between childcare and keeping cool.

I suffer this too (in both ankles when it’s hot) and as well as the tips above, I don’t wear sandals with restrictive straps as that makes my feet join in by swelling too.

Mine too and top of my feet! Try to elevate, drink plenty and exercise feet by circling and moving them up and down!

My ankles have swollen too. One more than the other. I'm sitting with my feet up and with my Dyson tower fan on me. I'm being careful to keep drinking water. I'm circling my ankles too to keep them moving. Good luck with yours NanKate
