Knickers!

Since my hip replacement in 2025 I can’t stand knickers with side seams touching the scar area. Can anyone recommend any comfy cotton knickers please?

The M& S ones I have on (5 in pack) don't have any seams.

I like the M&S full briefs (5 pack) but mine do have a side seam.

After my bowel cancer surgery I was advised to wear knickers inside out to avoid irritation from seams.

Sloggi Basics have a back seam only and are very comfortable. They are cotton with a small amount of Lycra. They are rather expensive compared to M&S

I dont wear any knickers (or any other underwear) unless I have to go out. Just a long baggy kaftan. I dress for comfort.

I also wore my own knickers inside out.
That worked for me post surgery.
