Which sink would you choose?

I’m having a new sink . I really need advice as can’t decide whether to have a Belfast one or 1:5 bowl stainless steel. I want to get it right as I won’t be changing it again.

Talking of fitting oven stuff in the sink, I put everything in the dishwasher.

Re the problem of cleaning oven racks in a sink - I use of these from Lakeland
They’re also useful when we go away. I line them with Oasis fabric and sit all my houseplants in them and they are perfectly happy until we get back.

I am going through a similar process but I won’t have a one and a half again. I only ever use the half for a little cutlery tray and I’d rather have a wide sink to get large oven racks and other presentation plates into for a good soak. Just a thought. Goodluck
