Fridge freezer Split

I have a Beko - Harvest Fresh 50/50. I have, previously, always had a larder fridge and tall matching freezer. Kept my larder fridge when I first moved into this flat but only had a tiny under the counter freezer. Although this F/F gives me smaller fridge area it is a bit bigger on freezer space. I have kept the small (Beko) freezer in my garage for some extra storage.

Most websites selling white goods give the exact sizes so you can see whether they are 50/50 or one is larger than the other. But also take care on the overall size. Check the measurements, height and width, because I nearly bought a fridge freezer which was too big. Just realised in time and cancelled the order for a smaller one. It was both too high and too wide!

One in the kitchen and the same in the garage, both 50:50.

Mine is 50/50 and I much prefer it that way. I also have under-the-counter separate fridge and freezers and I use every space.

I have a fridge and a freezer one on top of the other, two motors, so I could chose what sizes I wanted. When the children were small the fridge was on the bottom, so that they could serve themselves for milk extra and when they were older I changed them round enabling me to get to the freezer more easily.
On holiday I stop the fridge but keep the freezer going.
