Both my meters were changed for smart meters a few years ago and are outside. The gas meter is at ground level which is not ideal for me at the moment. I had an in house monitor until the beginning of last month when it stopped working. Ovo keep promising to send a new one, but apparently they can’t get hold of them, so until they do, they have asked me to read my meters and send the readings in.
Should I be doing more for my daughter and grandchildren?
