Hot water bottles

Allsorts, if you look at the top of the hot water bottle, there’s a code in the form of a circle with ‘segments’ marked in it. In the middle is a number. A sort of ‘best before’ or the date it was made. 🤔 I think….
As mine says ‘21’ maybe I need to replace it. Maybe Google can explain better. ☺️

A big no for hot water bottles from me. Burns . They are dangerous and a liability. Electric blankets are very cheap nowadays, and can warm your bed much better and safer, not those you keep on all night, but an underblanket.

Be very careful because I had a one that was fairly new and it leaked and soaked into the mattress.

I think the rubber can perish so be careful when filling them

I have three hot water bottles which i have just got out ready for winter. One is dated 2006 other two 2012.
They don't leak or anything does anyone else have any that old
