No wonder people Fly Tip [hmm]

I hate fly tippers.
Where my daughter lives in West Yorkshire their local council provide a couple of skips about 3-4 times a year for locals to fill with bulky and heavy items they could not manage to get to the local tip. Works very well.
We have nothing like that in East Surrey. I have to display a permit on my car to use the recycling centre near me and there are discussions going on about getting people to make an appointment to tip their rubbish. That will only increase fly tipping in my opinion.
Do any of your friends and neighbours have a number of a reliable man who would dispose of your fridge/freezer in the correct way? He may be cheaper than the council's cost.
