I have used my deep oblong cake moulds for about a decade. Favourites are Cherry&Coconut and Carrot. They never stick. I always dust the insides with flour before filling. Eady to remove when cool by just squeezing the sides.
But yes, they do always have a sticky feel to them - even though I rinse them thoroughly and then put them in the dishwasher.
