Just saw a youth being grabbed by a police officer.

I just went out shopping and a youth was grabbed by a plain clothes police officer and he gave the officer an extremely hard kick before the officer identified himself as police.
As soon as the youth knew he was police he did cooperate and stayed put. The police officer could not stand up properly so he could have easily ran away
I know this may be regarded as police assault but if the youth has not committed any other offence I hope he will not get a criminal record as I just think this incident was just unfortunate and without malice.

In your post at 17.28, Frank, you stated that the youth was wearing a blue T shirt and jeans.

Did he change into his M&S shirt (costing around £20) at some point just before the policeman grabbed him...? confused

And that's just the start of what the defending counsel could say to demolish this witness's testimony.........grin

Mine wouldn't, he feels the cold too much. He'd wear his overalls...probably over his pyjamas!
