Why do people want you to do unlawful things.

It's too late and too hot to go this 'root' tonight, so just settle Andie in his basket and go to bed Frank. Things will look better in the morning.

When I give lifts to people often they want you to drop them off in a no stopping area on a red root or on pedestrian crossing zig zags.
Also people say they know a better route than the sat nav is taking you but when I tried it once the direction of the road had changed.
I must say I do drive lawfully and if people have to walk a bit further it is too bad.
