Anyone else bank online with TSB? Caught up in account freeze?

Yep me - can't get in to my account. I've not tried to draw any money out though so don't know if that's working or not! Luckily it's not my main account so I haven't had all the issues some people are having. Not good at all - it's to be hoped they sort it out tonight as a lot of people are in a lot of trouble.

TSB sent me a text on Friday to say that on line accounts were unavailable over the weekend, I cannot remember why but it appeared to be a valid reason at the time. I managed fine yesterday but I have not tried today.

I have just read the spiel on line from the CEO, that was not there yesterday- I do hope they get themselves sorted soon.

I can't get into my account but I had no trouble withdrawing money at the cash point this afternoon.

I can’t get into my business account and am expecting a big transfer in soon, hope they sort it out before then. Using my personal account with a different bank at the moment. So glad I use different banks for the two accounts

Well this is a new message - hope it means they're finally sorting it out!

We're limiting access to Internet Banking.

I would like to know if my pension went in last Friday and whether several payments have been made. I’ll call in at the branch this morning if the queues aren’t too long. Hopefully they have access via their systems.

Just manage to log on and see my accounts - so I then tried to pay my credit card, screen when blank then after a couple of minutes I got "an error has occurred'" message!!!! Now cannot get back into accounts. I popped into the local TSB branch on Monday and came out feeling so sorry for the staff as they were no better informed than the general public, and their systems were also down. I think I might resort to money under the mattress in future lol!!!

I managed to get into my online account this morning and thankfully all seems okay but I can't transfer any funds out or across to another account.

There's going to be a couple of debits coming out tomorrow so I wait with trepidation to see what happens...it's all very worrying - I'm coming to the end of the £10 I drew out on Friday

I will try to give it a miss for a few days. My work pension is not paid in until the 2nd of next month. Luckily I have another bank account with Santander.

Well, I was briefly one of the chosen few. Got to see my accounts, tried to transfer money to cover a couple of payments due. Crashed.

got into mine and managed to see what my balance is before the screen went blank .

Haven't tried the cashpoint though, may try to get a mini-statement tomorrow to see if payments are being processed at all.

Day 6 and I still can't check my account. Am down to around £1 to last the weekend.

I have heard TSB are hoping to lure customers to stay by not charging interest on any o/d accounts and offering 5% interest on current accounts - I wonder how many will take that generous offer up and, given the present circumstances, whether it will actually happen.

I get a sinking feeling that they're all the same and feel tempted to go back to managing my own cash flow.

I wonder, does anyone their money without involving any banking institution? Can it be done? Money under the futon?

I have tried to log on but no joy. Tomorrow I think will be a whole week. I was given no message it just did not happen. Perhaps because I do not have a fortune invested there!

My work pension goes there- it had better be there next Wednesday.

Mmmm Charleygirl I wonder how bumpy £1,000,000 put under the mattress would feel (specially in coins).

Over the last hour I've managed to get into my account to look at last months transactions - first time since last Friday. It was a slow process with a lot of white-outs. All looks well, but there's still margins for it to go wrong again- ie: finding the next time I manage to get on, all transactions have disappeared Basically I don't trust the bank anymore.

Yes I got into mine last night but unable to print or download the statement. Everything seemed in order though which is a relief.

My future SIL, can no longer see his mortgage on his account. He is hoping it has miraculously been paid off.?
