I think it's great that you say you love your work so I imagine that, even though your wages in no way represent your value, you have no intention of leaving. In your place I would ask the book-keeper or wages clerk to work the sum out for you and give you the answer in writing.

You ought to be able to tell her in confidence that you are considering reducing your hours of work a little.
