This is just a rant because I can’t find any way of getting around sitting on the phone for ‘over 40 minutes’. and although our call is ‘important’, it obviously isn’t that important.
Our Barclaycard is due to expire at the end of the month and we haven't received a new card, possibly lost in the post?
Tried to go to order the new card via the App, but as the Credit card is due to expire it wouldn’t accept the card number.
Ditto the online banking website.
So, I tried to send an email, but as we have a house name instead of a number it wouldn’t accept the email.
In exasperation I put in a 0 but I timed out. Tried again and it wouldn’t accept it.
I’ve given up, I’ll have to try to phone again tonight or write a letter!
I’ll have to do it the old fashioned way.
