Just remembered the medical evidence I mentioned earlier is called a statement of summary. it is medical records dating back a few years.also if anything is stated as on going it helps

Hello 
I’ve got a question about PIP.
To cut a long story short (at this point):
Can a Review be carried out without the claimant first completing the Change of Circumstances Form?
Is the phone conversation alone enough evidence to stop someone’s (ie mine) PIP?
The information recorded regarding my conditions was not correct at all.
I’m not sure if I’ll get much of a response here, so I’ll go into more detail if and when I get a reply
