Yes Truman - you can post it , with a paying- in slip. Make sure you write your name and a/c number at the back and take a photo of it, front and back. I’m not good at technology, but how have you posted this ?

I do not have a smart phone so I cannot use the app.

I'm pretty sure you can put the cheque and paying-in slip in an envelope and post it to the bank.

Or you could call customer services and ask them?

We have no local branches open anymore but there is one a few miles away in a large town. I got a friend to go there and pay in a cheque for me - is that a possibility?

It’s very easy to pay via the app.

I haven’t? Can you pay it in through your bank App if you have one?

I need to pay in a cheque. All of my local branches have closed. I know I can pay it in at the Post Office but I did this last year and the PO lost the cheque and it took weeks to sort out. Can I post this cheque to my nearest branch that is open with a paying in slip from my cheque book. Has anyone done this recently. Thanks
