My message tells me that everything remains the same and I won’t get a new card! I’ve not bitten the bullet yet!

I’ve been with them all since the system changed in 2013.
I remember changing in the old system 😩

I've been using the Lloyd's app for a week now and all seems fine
We haven't received new cards, though.

I don`t like change and have been putting off the full transfer to Lloyds but I bit the bullet today

I have been using my new Lloyds visa card for a few weeks, amazon, paypal etc and it has been very smooth

I finally agreed to full transfer online today and it took less than a minute. The only difference is the actual screen colour

Just saying, in case, like me you are putting it off. I did put a tick in the no box for a mobile app
