Hi, I'm back from holiday, have negotiated a day off from my usual Thursday DGD minding and would like to join you for lunch on the 19th, if it's not too late to be included.

Hope you have a lovely time with DGS - shame if you can't make this particular meetup.

I think it unlikely I will make it now unless DD can change her work shift to an early!
Her hubby is away and can't pick DGS up from nursery and put him to bed so that is up to me. I will be staying at DDs and I would not dare want to get delayed as I don't really know the way from south Yorkshire.

Whether the little man will go to sleep for me is another matter. If things change I will be there. To be honest, right now I am flattered to be asked.

Yes indeed. I may be able to arrive earlier, and will do if possible. My husband is taking the dog to his grooming session. My own hair do is booked for 3, but only about 20 mins from the Tavern. Really looking forward to it

I'll book a table at the Tavern, Hunger Hill from 1:00 on 19th Sept for approx 10. Hope that's OK.

A certain GreatNana has said she would love to join us. She did say that she would pretend she didn't know me, but I said that when I pushed her wheelchair it might be a clue! If the conversation flags, ask her about her outrageous flirting with a French doctor when she was having her broken wrist set recently. This meeting could be even livelier than the last one - glad to see numbers increasing steadily. By the way, yes, that was me on Breakfast TV on Monday - so nervous I could hardly remember my own name!

Hi Ginny and all - I'm working 19th September in the morning, and then have one of the dogs booked in for grooming, and me for grooming, well a hair cut. I'll try and re-arrange the double grooming, and if I can, I'll be there.

Sorry I've not been back on this forum - life has been a bit complicated recently - OH now recovered from heart bypass, Mums broken wrist is healing and sister has been given all clear after op. Anyway, how about a lunch meeting at the Tavern on the hill in Bolton on Thursday 19th September, complete with diaries, where we can arrange next meeting. I would Really love to go to a show at the seaside, sounds a great idea, but I realise we need to book early.

I feel the need of a meet-up - will be away from 11th to 17th September but will be pretty flexible thereafter.
