Yes,butif it is raining or you didn't feel like walking ,you could catch the 14 bus just outside the station and get off at The Martyrs monument.

Train booked. Arrives at Oxford Station, allowing form usual delays, at 10.40, which, if I remember correctly, is about a 15 minute walk to the Ashmolean?

11.30 would make it a bit easier for me as I'll have to rely on the Park and Ride unless I get a train.

I will join you a bit later as my bus from Reading does not arrive until 11.30 and I need to walk from Castle Street. And before that I need to catch a bus from where I live to Reading. Looking forward to the meet-up.

Can we all get there for 11 am?
As I'm a local I will get there early to get us a table.

Roses buses don't work for me as I can't walk far enough either.

On balance I would prefer a Friday, but I can be so unreliable, don't consider my preferences above the majority!!

There are other venues but the Ashmolean has such a large cafe in the basement that it's not a prob getting seated ( near giftshop and loos as well.)

Alie you can get a bus from where you live all the way to Oxford.Don't we just need coffe and cake?

I can do a Friday probably. Love the Ashmolean but happy to meet up anywhere in central Oxford. I use the Park and Ride.
