can re-arrange for Monday and Friday? smile

Oh dear, rules me out then. Thursday's are DH's weekly blood tests and therefore "ring fenced".

Thursday's are best for mesunshine

Likewise.

June is better than May for me too, and will try and fit into dates that suit others, I can always switch other appointments around.

Let us start by setting a date. Here are three dates at random in June that I can manage: 2nd, 8th, 14th. Once we have a date we can agree a venue.

Time flies, doesn't it? The Town Hall cafe may be a bit small as you say, only a few tables in it. Anyway, I always like a look round the Ashmolean, I visit the Worcester and other china tea services ( there is even a bench next to them to sit and adore them) grin Once, on a quiet day, just me in that area, I sat there for so long a security guard kept an eye on me, haha.

The cafe in the Town Hall is very cosy but perhaps a bit small. I can't believe it is two years since we last met.

Yes, include me in any planned meeting. I missed the last one (Ashmolean) because it clashed with a course I was doing.

boheminan Thu 28-Apr-16 18:38:15

Huh! why is my post not showing on the thread? hmm

boheminan Thu 28-Apr-16 18:33:57

....I'm in!

Greenfinch Thu 28-Apr-16 18:28:50

I would be very happy to have another meet up in Oxford.I certainly enjoyed the last one at the Ashmolean.

There are quite a few of us, but we need a bit of notice before a meet up.We have met at the Ashmolean before, it's a good venue.smile

Announcing the inaugural meeting of two Gransneters
in Abingdon this morning.
There must be more of you lurking
in the bosky environs of Oxfordshire, and "bohemian" and I
would love to meet you.
We thought Oxford might be reachable for everyone,
even those, like us, who are dependant on public transport.
The Ashmolian has a good cafe where we could meet, plus lots of fascinating exhibits to enjoy.
If the idea of meeting other solo members appeals, a pm to me might help to get this local group off the ground.
Gransnetters of Oxfordshire unite!
Hugs, Leonora 47.
