It has been brought to my attention (Katek nudged me) that if we want to meet up for a Christmas December lunch, we need to start booking somewhere soon - before all the works outings fill up the restaurants.

If anyone is interested, could you do as we have done before - let me know the days when you CAN'T come, and I will juggle dates around to try to find one that suits everyone - or suits as many as possible - and get an estimate of numbers. The numbers will fluctuate wildly between now and then, of course.

I think the ROSL would be a good venue - do you agree? Central, easy to get to, and they usually do us well.

Any day good for me Elegran.
smile

Katek Wed 20-Jul-16 23:03:23

Count me in Elegran! Can't manage between 25/11 and 4/12 (panto week) but no other definite commitments at the moment.

Elegran Wed 20-Jul-16 23:12:42

Thanks, JA and Katek That's three of us - is that a quorum?

baubles Wed 20-Jul-16 23:19:55

Tuesdays are definitely out for me but I'd try to make any other day. So far no plans for December. ?

Marelli Thu 21-Jul-16 07:29:14

Yes please - I'm free! smile

Jane10 Thu 21-Jul-16 07:46:03

Me too! We had a C******s lunch there last year and it was vg. I probably can't do Thursdays.

grannylyn65 Thu 21-Jul-16 08:19:56

Me please, try not to be ill this time! Away from 21 Nov till Dec 4 x

hildajenniJ Thu 21-Jul-16 09:45:26

I will try again, and hope nothing gets in my way. Any day will do except the 19th, 20th and 21st.

Elegran Thu 21-Jul-16 11:16:00

Could be 8, then, that is good. I feel a spreadsheet of dates coming on - or at least a calendar page printed up at A4 and a marker pen. I'll include Novenber too as December could be out for some.

Tegan Thu 21-Jul-16 11:25:00

We're spending as much time in Northumberland as possible these days so, when you get a definite date maybe you could slot me in smile.

Elegran Thu 21-Jul-16 11:29:40

Keep watching this space, Tegan! There should be enough responses in the next week or so to get an estimate of which days are possible.

Elegran Fri 22-Jul-16 21:06:18

Anyone else?

Elizabeth1 Tue 26-Jul-16 16:25:09

Please put me down for a night out in December and I'll be there as long as I haven't a work assignment. I'll let you know once a date has been agreed. Thanks once again Elegran you're a star.
