I'm so sorry, but I'm not sure I will get there on Wed. I have been ill for a few weeks with a virus, but was certain I would be OK by this week. It's touch and go. I'll try my best to be there, but if not I shall keep an eye on the forum to see if another meeting is organised.

Thank you alchem & greenf I sat with a firm sausage cushion behind my back yesterday and I felt (and heard ) a few clonks as various parts of my spine went back into place!! Just waiting for the rest now
