Would anyone consider a meet up in the Swindon area in the near future?

rosesarered Thu 02-Mar-17 10:11:55

I would prefer Dunelm as I know where it is...haha.Swindon is a bit of a mystery as to where everything is, and parking could be a problem. At least we have free parking at Dunelm and a quiet cafe. What do others think?

brileo Thu 02-Mar-17 09:48:48

Great, looks like the 21st will work, hopefully struggling will be able to make it that day too - Dunelm again? or change, I don't mind
I can go anywhere.

Cornishgirl777 Wed 01-Mar-17 16:26:27

I can do either day, though the Tuesday 21st is better.

rosesarered Wed 01-Mar-17 14:01:56

I can only do the 21st March Tuesday date.

nanasam Wed 01-Mar-17 10:34:18

Either date is good for me.

A very enjoyable afternoon with Nanasam and Cornish Girl, as I am heading up to Scotland for a week with my elderly Mum, on the 23rd March, is everyone available 20th or 21st?

Peep Mon 27-Feb-17 22:36:47

Sorry I couldn't be there, hopefully next time!

rosesarered Mon 27-Feb-17 22:15:29

Did you do a little light shopping whilst you were there......I could do with some new cushions.smile

Just 'bumping' this thread, in case any others want to come to the meet up at 2pm at the Dunelm Mill Cafe on the outskirts of Swindon ( they do nice cakes.)
Have a good natter, I will look forward to seeing you at the next meet in March, when there is some chance my cough will have vanished.smile

It was great meeting you all, could have stayed for hours! Definitely up for meeting in February or March. Shall I throw in a suggested date of the 27th February? We can discuss what pancakes to make for the 28th! Maybe struggling can make it then too?

Struggling2do1 Mon 23-Jan-17 22:30:34

It was so good to meet you all. Sad I will not be there for the Feb meeting but I am already looking forward to March! We covered so many topics and had a lot in common. Xx
