ladies that like to lunch in London

Hello everyone
Well, a few of us have just got home from a Meet at Debenhams in Oxford Street. Great venue - very large, plenty of tables, drinks/food reasonable price and quite central; nearly opposite Bond Street tube station.
As mentioned earlier, probably a good idea to close this thread now with this message as it's got so long. I've just started a new thread called Central London. And I expect you all know that if you click on the orange Watch This Thread button at the top of the page, you'll get an e-mail every time someone posts on it.

Very disappointed, but received a hospital app in post today for 21st May at 11.30am. So can’t make the lunch this time. Will keep an eye out for next one.

How do people feel about a Meet on Tuesday 21st May? I can make that date but unfortunately can't easily make any other in May - obviously that needn't stop the rest of interested GN-ers choosing a different date, but for me it would have to be June.
Thought I'd just suggest this to see what people think.

How fantastic! I would love to meet for lunch but live in Australia. Come over and we will have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are so fortunate to have each other.

SusiQ It will be the 5th floor cafe- it can accommodate any number of people, it will just be a matter of rearranging tables and chairs.

I was looking at the original posts from last year. I thought the suggested dates were strange! I’m still interested and will keep an eye on posts.

Weirdly, I’m sending this from Debenhams in Oxford Street. The little cafe on the 2nd floor no longer there. Restaurant on 5th floor and cafe in basement.

I haven't been on here for a day or two but will also stay watching this one. I have some PMs to send later.
