It would be great to finally meet you all, especially now that summer’s almost here........?

It would be great to have another get together . How about 4th September at cannon hall garden centre at 10.30 .

Sorry that this is such short notice, time and venue for the meeting on Wednesday 4th September is now Cafe Creme, High Street, Penistone at 11am.

At the moment there are just two of us, so it would be great if anyone else is able to make it.

Lovely meet up today in Penistone .
Was really great to meet you Graso thanks for a lovely couple of hours . Nothing more arranged at the moment .

Just wondered if it would be useful, before attempting to arrange the next meet-up and in the hope of as many people as possible being able to attend, if anyone interested would post any days that they’re regularly unavailable?

I know there’ll be other random dates too but hopefully we could avoid excluding anyone permanently because of their regular commitments.

So..........Thursdays are generally a no-no for me ?

Wednesdays have to be back for school pickup.

Hello, I’m new to this but have been shyly lurking......I’m in HD5 and see a few other HD Grans. I don’t drive so can’t get to every meet up, but it would be good to meet up if possible.
I can’t do some Mondays or Wednesdays.
I wondered if The piece hall or The square chapel theatre might be a venue?

Halifax would be fine for me. As for days, I can't do Mondays at all, and would have to leave before 3 for school pick ups on Tuesdays. I could usually arrange to be free on other days.

Sorry I missed the recent meet-up, I've been abroad and otherwise engaged! Shame as I'm not far from Penistone. I'll try to come to the next one. Anything Barnsley/Wakefield/Huddersfield okay for me. Best wishes to all.

Proposed date for the next meet-up is Friday October 18th at the Thyme bistro at Cannon Hall Garden Centre, Cawthorne at 11am.

Has anyone visited the cafe/restaurant at Pot House Hamlet?
I’d thought that looked like an interesting possibility but haven’t been myself and not sure if it’s suitable.
