I will definitely be joining you all on 1st but only for lunch. I’ll make travel arrangements once I know when we’re eating. Looking forward to this - enforced incarceration with the shoulder has been driving me stir crazy!

Sorry Elegran would loved to have come however I’ll be in Aberdeen that day. Have a fab time everyone these days Dundee is a lovely place to visit.

Are any of you interested in some felting equipment and a huge bag of wool for it? A friend is clearing her stash and has stuff she bought on a wave of enthusiasm, but has hardly used. I could try to bring it with me - presumably it could go in a left luggage place or similar while we eat and wander. I'll ask the people coming to the Botanics meetup too, though thast might not be so easy to store as at the rail station or the V&A.

The train stops at Markinch both ways I think (and annoyingly at Aberdour on the return but not on the up journey!)

OK, I have my ticket for the train arriving at Dundee at 11.24. I'll see some of you at Kirkcaldy and the rest at Dundee.

I am getting the 16.50 back.

Sounds like a great idea Marelli, but will most likely get it from Markinch ( if it stops there ), as closer to home. . Let me know what train you are planning nearer the time and will check it out.
