Zooming?

We had our regular Wednesday meetup on Houseparty for several weeks. Limited to eight people which made chatting easier.
The Colchester meetup is now back in real life but was thwarted by rain today... Maybe we should go back online.

About half a dozen is probably enough. Up to ten is possible, if they have the self-restraint not to all speak at once. When more than that meet up in person, the talk can split up into 2 or 3 separate conversations, but that doesn't wotk online.

Probably easier to keep the numbers limited. If too many want to join it could be impossible to manage. I thought that some people meet for coffees or lunches in local areas.

I hadn't thought of this but what a good idea!

It would mean that people from lots of places could join in perhaps.
