Usually, someone suggests and date and time, then people will come on and confirm if they can make that date.

Then we usually meet in The Exchange which is right by a Metro stop and opposite the Library,

I suggest Tuesday 14th or Wednesday 15th of October at 11am

Just came on to see what is happening. Interested in meeting up again at The Exchange.

At the moment the 14th oct is a better date for me

15th would be better for me as I run a food bank every Tuesday. The very best day for me is always a Friday (only day with no regular commitments. I should go back to work, then any day would be possible, taking annual leave!).

Unfortunately I cannot make 14th Oct now as my friend and I have booked a trip that day.

Could do Wednesday 15th or Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd, or Friday 17th.

The 14th or 21st would be best for me

Mondays Tuesdays good days for me, Exchange cafe is great.
