Bit of an update....I am now away from 2nd Sept until the 8th (last minute decision to go away in our caravan) Then 17th September until 27th. So depending on date you arrange, I probably will miss this. Unless it is early October?

Early September is good for me too. We go away on 17th.

Early September suits me too

Early September it is then, precise day to be decided by the end of August. As it didn’t seem warm enough to wear a dress yesterday I went to a writers’ conference in a warm but slightly scruffy hoodie. Interesting talks about publishing, self publishing, Ebooks, AI, and running writing workshops. Maybe the dress can be worn at bookclub tomorrow!

Any day from the 5th September onwards suits me at the moment.

School holidays are busy with childminding the school children 😬
I shall be ready for a day out once they go back! 😂

So good to meet up again and have a chat! Afterwards I intended to go to M&S but was distracted when passing TKMAXX. I hadn’t been in for 4 years, even more packed and chaotic than I remembered and the rails seemed much higher but I still found the kind of warm weather dress I was looking for. Hoping for plenty of opportunities to wear it now!!

I've just booked my train tickets so I'll be there 👍

Have just found out DH has booked a trip on the Severn valley railway so unfortunately I will not be able to make it.
Have a great meet up and maybe next time I can finally meet you all.

I shall also also go to Snobs on Broad Street to pick up programmes for Birmingham’s brilliant (and mostly free) Jazz Festival in July.

I may be able to make this. My friend may have to cancel our day out. She is waiting confirmation that a plasterer is coming that day.

I am looking forward to meeting other grans at The Exchange Broad Street at 11am on Wednesday 26th June. It is opposite the Repertory Theatre and Library. The Metro tram heading for Edgbaston Village shops right outside The Exchange.So far it seems that there will be 3 or 4 of us there. Anyone else who would like to join us is most welcome to just turn up. I am small and white haired with a 3 wheel rollator.

Hopefully I can make it waiting to hear on hospital appointment.

That's a shame, I have arranged a day out with a friend for 26th June! Would have looked forward to it. Hopefully I can make the next one.
