I mentioned on the Good Morning thread a few weeks ago, that I too was thinking of organising one, but life got in the way.

What about find the best day for people. It was a Tuesday the last time?

I'm in depending on the date.

We want to avoid the school holidays, otherwise Glasgow will be too busy.

I’m going to suggest Wednesday 17/04 as one gran will be in Scotland then, I’d prefer not a Tuesday and it avoids school holidays too..

I don’t know if another day might be able to be arranged - I know it’s difficult to find a day that suits everyone
