Very regretfully, I have to bow out from the meet-up 😢
We have several friends with serious illness at the moment and we have now arranged to visit one on Tuesday next week so we will be heading for The Wirral on Monday. We will then travel back to West Sussex where I will be relieved to be able to keep an eye on my friend and neighbour who has terminal lung cancer. I was anxious about our original plan to spend the whole month in Scotland as my neighbour has no family or close friends nearby - the downside of living into your 80s+.

I am very sad to miss meeting up with the lovely Glesca Grans and hope there will be another opportunity, maybe later this year.

Me too brook such a great gang of grans. I come a long(ish) way to see you all again

I’m looking forward to our get together too, I’m not from Glasgow but I’ve always been made to feel very welcome 😀

For some reason I’m not getting the notifications of posts. My DD who is also my BnB just messaged to check the date and it prompted me to look.
