Get your vitamin D levels checked.
A deficiency was the cause of my hairloss.

I have been on HRT for over thirty years. I have experienced hair loss gradually then over the last couple of years the rate of loss has accelerated.
Because of my experience I tend to think hair loss is age related and nothing to do with oestrogen levels.

Have you had your thyroid checked?

I don't know if it would help if loss has already started. I began taking HRT 30 years ago after an early hysterectomy and my hair is one of my better bits, so it could be it protected me from that. I have poor friends having to wear wigs they have lost so much.
