When I had mine, I joined an online group called Hystersisters, it was invaluable to me.

There is one in Hampshire that has sub groups.

A lady in our area has set up a Menopause Support Group. We meet once a week and just discuss our experiences, worries, swap ideas with regard to HRT and alternatives, help or no help with regard to GPs and just generally talk about all things menopause. No subject is taboo and some ladies have felt able to chat about things they’ve never talked about before thus relieving their burdens. Does anyone know of a group such as this in their area as I’m keen to know if our leader is a pioneer!
