Bet Tony Blair wishes he had not taken that call from Brooks. Or been so supportive. She obviously had a talent for making friends with prime ministers didn't she.

in agreement with most of these posts; but why isn't he being brought in for questioning? is it the `old boy ' network- laughing and saying we could do such and get rich quick --too !!

I am content to wait for the trial outcome. If these people are found guilty I hope they get put away for a very long time. I will bide my time till then...

There is I thought more than a hint of irony when we hear that RB was being publicly questioned yesterday about her affair with Coulson and other aspects of her private life. When you think that the newspaper she edited exposed private details of so many individuals. Couldn't make it up could you.
(I don't think Blair is in any way implicated in the issues around the trial. Just that he was offering support to a defendant.
I only just caught up on the allegations re the ex Mrs Murdoch though. Not a good week was it, for him.)

jcdoh, I thought that Cameron was supposed to be the next Maggie. Speak for yourself about backing the next one. As the saying goes, "Not in my name".
