Agreed, Eloethan.
We moved down to Hampshire once, living near Winchester.
We were not envious; we felt sorry for them having to work all the hours they did, some of our neighbours commuting to London every day, just to keep the lifestyle.
We moved back up North after three years of it. York was a very nice place to live for ten years. The Durham Dales are amazing, even in the rain. My granddaughter loves visiting from East Anglia, as she loves the view from my doorstep.
Anyway, this thread is about people's life chances, or lack of them, whatever Cameron promised them. It's about his lack of Christian charity towards those he is supposed to support.
The NHS is in an even worse state than it was when the thread was started.
Strikes next week.
The reason Oxford is mentioned is because of Cameron's hypocrisy, not because some of you live there.
What colour car do you have or did you used to drive?
Is it rude to not finish a book club choice that was selected by someone else?
