Well this could be interesting.

Rosie Winterton sacked from Chief Whips position and Nick Brown back in the Cabinet again. Baroness Shami Chakrabarti has done very well since joining Labour she is now Shadow Attorney General and Dianne Abbot Shadow Home Secretary, Dawn Butler Shadow Minority Ethnic Communities, Sarah Champion Shadow Women and Equalities Minister and Jo Stevens Shadow Secretary of State for Wales.

It will be interesting to see if any who signed 'No Confidence' in Corbyn can/will be in Corbyn's reshuffled Cabinet Team. Time for 'Unity'?

ab, speaking for myself I certainly don't think all Labour MPs or supporters are of the same ilk as JC and his followers. I sincerely wish that this state of affairs hadn't happened to this proud and respected party. It's awful for the party, dreadful for democracy, bewildering/frightening for the country and a gift for UKIP and the right wing of the Tory party. Complete bad news in every respect, and I am sorry and slightly alarmed for all of us.

Has the report been published? I have searched the website and can't find it, please could you post a link to it.

Please don't think all Labour party members and Labour MP's hold the views of Corbynites and momentum ,. The home affairs select committee has said Corbyn has provided a safe place for anti semetics, Corbyn has declared this is an attack on the Labour Party, no it is not, it is the truth , but what angers me is the party is being branded because of this hypocritical leader .

Incidentally, on the subject of Seamus Milne he sent his children to the excellent Tiffin Boys/Girls grammar schools in my area which are heavily over subscribed as they rank among the best state schools in the country. Now it has been fully explained to us on this thread that Shammi's choice, or rather her ex husband's to send their son to a private prep and now a public school is perfectly ok as they aren't publically funded, I did however think that Labour have always had an issue with grammar schools.

Anniebach Sun 16-Oct-16 09:27:55

They are going to destroy the Labour Party

petra Sun 16-Oct-16 08:57:47

nigglynellie couldn't agree more. Did you read what Seamus Miln said about Lee Rigbys murder? " It wasn't terrorism in the normal sense because he was a member of the armed forces"
Apologies here for language, Gaudian columnist, Suzanne Moore called him c* central. And f*****g hate these public school lefties, bye bye labour.
Many senior figures in the Labour Party are very concerned about in influence he has over Corbyn.

Anniebach Sun 16-Oct-16 08:38:22

The Home Affairs Select committee has released it's findings into anti semitism in the Labour Party, not good

Anniebach Sun 16-Oct-16 08:33:31

Niggly, there is a group of them who believe communism is the way .

nigglynellie Sun 16-Oct-16 07:19:31

Hypocrite indeed! I think these people don't only want to destroy the British way of life but to destroy Britain itself. Don't know about anyonelse, but I find Seamus Milne particularly chilling?!

Anniebach Sat 15-Oct-16 23:02:39

Corbyn the man of principle eho met the IRA and Hamas because he believes talks lead to peace has turned down an invite from the Israeli Labour Party leader to visit the Israeli holocaust museum, seems his diary was full ! Perhaps he had a momentum rally? He is such a damn hypocrite

petra Sat 15-Oct-16 22:29:07

This was written about her in the Independant some years ago.
^Aways shouting about everything and in favour of nothing, caring more for murderers than victims.
Sticking up for failed suicide bombers and defending the right of mad mullahs who incite hatred and want to destroy the British way of life. Her critics branded her "an anahcrist in a barristers wig"^

Jalima Sat 15-Oct-16 21:16:20

I never thought that, I always admired her (if not always agreeing).
So disappointed.
But what we have come to expect I suppose.

petra Sat 15-Oct-16 21:06:01

I always knew she was two faced. It was written all over it. Nasty piece of work imho.

Anniebach Sat 15-Oct-16 21:05:52

Yes Devo,I understand your views but wish the man of principle tag would cease, again to quote Margaret Hodge - I thought he was a decent man but he is a devious man , I so agree with her,

Devorgilla Sat 15-Oct-16 20:57:43

AB, I too was disappointed she joined the Party just as she was doing an independent enquiry and then went on to accept the place in the Lords and Shadow Cabinet. Having said that, she is a bright lady and she knows her stuff on Human Rights and I think that will be her strength in the current Brexit Exit. She, and Starmer, will make a formidable team. I have to put aside my dislike of the way she got into those posts as we need someone of her expertise in the Lords to point out the pitfalls in the ongoing exit.

Ana Sat 15-Oct-16 20:50:28

She's certainly gone down in my estimation - not that she;ll be bothered.

Jalima, according to Google he was born late May 1949.

Anniebach Sat 15-Oct-16 20:49:42

Baroness fits well with a son in a top public school

Jalima Sat 15-Oct-16 20:48:13

Well, it rendered DH speechless which I must say takes some doing!

Eventually he managed to splutter that he had always respected her, if not always her views, but now - speechless again!

Anniebach Sat 15-Oct-16 20:46:27

I was angered Shami was elevated to the Lords being a very new member of the party plus the fact she and Corbyn are so against it. Now it is obvious it was a set up, she was chosen to be shadow Atourny General but didn't want to stand for parliament , so gets elevated to the lords and so into the shadow cabinet and the anti racism enquiry gets cleared up very quickly . So is she a committed far left member or does Baroness sit well , which ever I no longer consider her honest

Jalima Sat 15-Oct-16 20:44:06

All those rumours are true then whitewave

Those liberal, latte drinking, greenie voters are secret landfillers (sshhhhh) shock

whitewave Sat 15-Oct-16 20:41:09

Oh hush your mouth jalima

Jalima Sat 15-Oct-16 20:39:35

He probably will, but are you sure Ana?
Has he lost a couple of years somewhere, or perhaps I'm mistaken.

Jalima Sat 15-Oct-16 20:38:15

whitewave I do hope you are not drinking your lattes from those non-recyclable cups shock

Ana Sat 15-Oct-16 20:35:37

He'll only be 71, nearly 72, in May 2020 Jalima - but will he last that long as leader?

whitewave Sat 15-Oct-16 20:32:12

We have a city full of Greens. Us liberal, latte drinking elites.
