If you had purchased anything, or any service/s - based on such lies, you'd be allowed to cancel, get a full refund, and sue too.

As far as I am aware Tata did not have any Govt help - the pruning and tweaking products did it for them. The power station was just about ready to go when they initially said they were selling. Bit strange really as they also invested 13 million in new diagnostic equipment a few months ago.
I just hope it continues doing well as there is little other work around.
